Learning Solutions Manager (Pre Sales)

An excellent opportunity with a Consulting organisation for an experienced Learning & Development consultant with strong pre-sales and consulting skills.

• Has worked on consulting assignments like defining learning strategies, role definition, learning paths, developed project plan, implemented large content development projects etc. for Fortune 500 clients
• Has sales / pre-sales experience
• Experience in a leading role of a training team of a large organization
• Network with training industry associations like ASTD, Brandon Hall, Training Outsourcing.com, Bersin Associates etc.
• Sound knowledge learning tools and technologies – LMS, LCMS
• Experience in developing learning content, instructional design strategies
• Managed large content development projects
• Extensive exposure on pre-sales activities
• Customer interface at CXO level
• Excellent networking skills

Nice to have

- Hands on training delivery experience preferable
- Domain specialization – Retail, Energy & Utilities, Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Manufacturing etc.
