My client is an IT services provider who are looking for exceptional Organisational Change candidates who can contribute to the development and growth of their OCM consulting team. OCM falls within their wider Business Transformation consulting capability and the successful candidate will be directly involved in:
• Delivering major Organisation, People and Change initiatives for leading companies in Europe
• Supporting bids and proposals
• Building new client relationships through OCM assignments and supporting the development of existing client relationships
• Developing Organisation, People and Change service propositions and products for the consulting business

The Position
They are looking for exceptional candidates with strong experience in Organisation, People and Change who are used to working in a project environment and wish to play a key role in the success of our OCM team. On a day-to-day basis the successful candidate would be expected to contribute heavily in the following areas:
• Project Delivery - plays a leading role in the delivery of projects, programmes and/or business advisory roles. Adds significant value to clients by drawing on previous experience and the knowledge capital
• OCM Consulting Development – plays a leading role in the management and development of both the OCM team and selected wider company initiatives
• Sales – actively involved in drafting key proposals
• Market Knowledge and Development – contributes to the content and creation of the OCM service offerings
• Account Management – actively supports the Account Manager on key accounts where appropriate

The Person
The ideal candidate will have a solid and deep-rooted OCM experience working on major transformation projects. They must be able to demonstrate a degree of OCM specialisation. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Market and Industry knowledge
It is essential that candidates have:
• A thorough understanding of the products, processes, systems and players in one or more sectors
• Specialist knowledge of Organisation, People and Change consulting services
• Some experience of having worked in an IT environment will be an advantage
• Some offshoring experience will be an advantage

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of many of the following:
• Change management
• Top team performance improvement
• Leadership and management coaching
• Organisational design changes
• Cultural change
• Communications planning and design.

• Project Delivery - a proven track record of delivering change projects to time and budget, driving forward plans and key project deliverables; the ability to manage several assignments and conduct key stakeholder management
