Position Business Process Improvement Consultant
Location UK with Europe travel
Job Description
You have an enviable track record of delivering, managing and consulting on process led change.
You have a strong command on business or process led change.
Your consulting expertise and knowledge of the domain is excellent, and you are well versed in managing teams of consultants.
You are experienced at communicating with CxO/LOB Head level stakeholders and direct reports.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead business process improvement teams
• Guide and support “delivery” teams
• Drive and assess business process improvement engagements
• Identify opportunities for business improvement, and manage client engagements including oversight of consulting activities
• Function as a key member of an account management team
Industry & Domain
Experience Essential
• Total Experience: 8-15 years
• Minimum of 5 years of business design, process engineering and / or delivering IT services and solutions
• Employment at a tier-1 or tier-2 consulting organization
• Experience in BPR, BPI and associated methodologies
• 6Sigma experience / certifications
• 2+ years of vertical experience in either of the sectors Banking (Retail / Wholesale / Investment), Insurance, Telecom and Utilities

• Strategy development
Qualifications Essential
• Good quality degree from a reputable institution

• MBA preferred but not essential
