The Consulting Partner will be assigned to a single large client, focused on building a strategic partnership and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations for the client account. The Consulting Partner is expected to identify and qualify new opportunities in the client account to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for client projects are achieved.

You have a strong command on business or process led change.
Your consulting expertise and knowledge of the domain is excellent, and you are well versed in managing teams of consultants.
You are experienced at communicating with CxO/LOB Head level stakeholders and direct reports.

My client is an IT services provider who are looking for exceptional Organisational Change candidates who can contribute to the development and growth of their OCM consulting team. OCM falls within their wider Business Transformation consulting capability and the successful candidate will be directly involved in:
• Delivering major Organisation, People and Change initiatives for leading companies in Europe
• Supporting bids and proposals
• Building new client relationships through OCM assignments and supporting the development of existing client relationships

Project or Programme management experience with a global, multi-install SAP implementation, upgrade and/or rollout experience (minimum 10 years of hands on SAP exp)
