Overview
This career opportunity is within our Banking & Financial Services Consulting business unit.  It will work
with Global Insurance domain leader and Global Account Executives to help deliver growth and scale of
Insurance consulting services . The role holder will contribute to growth of the portfolio of services,
strategic accounts and C-level relationships globally.  The role holder will be a key partner in driving the
business strategy and work with other leaders across the BFSI Domain and technology business.
Responsibilities
– Growth: Work with the leadership team to help define a sound business growth strategy for
designated strategic Insurance clients. Ensure the consulting business opens new business
opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning
– Relationships: As a Client Engagement Partner in Insurance you bring deep Insurance expertise
and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business focusing on
Pensions, Claims, Life, Medical and other insurances across the ecosystem
– Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas
within designated strategic Insurance clients
– Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Market Positioning and increasing
mindshare

Skills Required
– Thorough understanding of Insurance ecosystem – the large transformations taking place,
disruptions, challenges and the many opportunities to seize
– Experience working as an SME in Insurance and Financial Services domain and managed multiple
consulting and implementation programs
– Experience driving client engagement on areas including but not limited to innovation,
digitization, transformation, product management, new services, cost optimization, operational
efficiency, market entry etc
– Deep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-
platforming strategies
– Good knowledge of the market and demand including multiple engagements across geographies
– Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches
