Key Responsibilities
● Primary responsibility is to drive growth, build new business along with ownership of all
customer engagement, presales activities, revenue generation.
● Direct responsibility to define and execute Go to market strategy for SAP practice in the UK
owning the roadmap and customer engagement for all SAP and related opportunities.
● Ownership to create a multimillion GBP revenue practice maintaining a high double digit CAGR
over a 3-to-5-year span.
● Lead all utility and related customer engagements who run SAP and have future aspirations,
budgets.
● Build a team of SAP architects and SME’s.
● Build Demonstrators – Technology accelerators, preconfigured solutions, and proprietary tools to
help our customers become intelligent enterprises.
● Manage the overall delivery of SAP projects and ensure the projects are delivered on time and
on budget.
● Managing C/director level relationships with existing and prospective client base
● Run Industry Events, Workshops, and proactive proposals to prospect customers.
Desired Experience
● Must have performed a similar role with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in SAP
including the responsibilities of managing and growing a SAP practice for at least 3 years.
● Demonstrable track record – P&L ownership (GBP 10mil +).
● Must have played a key role in winning and program managing at least 3 SAP S/4HANA full
lifecycle implementations for Utilities.
● Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, delivering successful SAP
S/4 HANA programmes.
● Knowledge and experience of the utility sector in a similar role is highly preferred.
● Subject Matter expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) space is highly desirable.
● Provided expert advice and recommendations to customers on leveraging SAP Line of Business
Apps, Analytics, Business Technology Platforms, and Cloud hosting.
● Delivered SAP S/4HANA extensions and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.
● Practitioner in delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes using Activate and (or) SAFE agile
implementation Methodologies.
● Should stay up to date with the latest developments, best practices, and trends in SAP
S/4HANA e.g., RISE,
Intelligent Enterprise etc…
● Prior experience in
promoting the alliance with
SAP and developing joint go to market propositions.
