Role & Responsibilities

– The individual will help build an SAP Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Energy, Utilities and
Media business further with existing tier one Technology clients, who already benefit
from a number of our engagements
– Responsible for double digit portfolio growth, based on company goals
– Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts
– Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities to the
Wipro consulting account teams
– The individual will also be focused on opening new client relationships and selling the
end-to-end SAP capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives
– Will work towards gaining new SAP customer logos in above industry segments
– Will work proactively with target customers, SAP and wider eco system to position
Wipro’s capability
– Will increase SAP Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Energy, Utilities and Media sales and
profit at our top tier clients for our SAP offerings and solutions
– Will strengthen Wipro relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Product Management,
and other service line functions
– Will work with our Client Account Partners and their teams to open the new logos and
drive the new opportunities with existing customers
– Lead team members engaged across various accounts and leverage the required skills from
across the organization
– Will work with the pre-sales, SME and practice lead to build value proposition,
orchestrate end to end solution for customer presentation
Experience

– 10+ years sales experience in Consulting focused on Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Energy,
Utilities and Media clients and in-depth understanding and experience Solutioning and
selling the following:
1.
1. ERP: S/4 HANA, SAP ECC
2. Process specialization: Financials / Supply Chain / Logistics
3. Good understanding of integrated SAP landscape across digital core, BTP,
Customer Experience, SAP Hybris, SAC and other LOB solutions like Concur,
Ariba, SuccessFactors, IBP etc
– Extensive business development track record
– A strong understanding of the business processes in Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Energy
& Utilities and Media industries
– Someone who brings good customer connect across Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Energy
& Utilities and Media companies
– A sound understanding of disruption in the industry due to new entrants
– Experience with large, complex product sales and Implementation
– Excellent consulting and communication skills, including the ability to solution and sell
strategic consulting work, target operating model work, business cases, roadmaps, etc.
