Package: Up to £120,000 + Bonus
Key skills required:
* At least 5 years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale
ITSM solutions in client environments of which at least three years should
be in ServiceNow platform related deployments.
* Strong understanding of ITIL concepts including process knowledge in all
service lifecycles
* Experience with integrating ITSM tools with external vendor interfaces for
operational processes
* Strong Understanding of Service Architecture and how it applies to ITIL
Processes Other specifications:
* Good consulting and engagement skills. Able to deal effectively with
diverse skill sets and personalities, and provide strong team leadership,
including issue facilitation, negotiation and resolution
* Strong experience in developing both design documentation and project
plans and associated business cases
* ITIL advanced certifications are preferred
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred
* Experience of the agile methodology is preferable: e.g. epics, user
stories, product backlog refinement, supporting sprints etc.
* Good project and engagement management skills;
* Effective in a team environment;
* Able to work to tight deadlines Personal Attributes

ability to influence and consult including providing options with pros, cons
and risks around all key technical decisions during the project delivery
